This Agreement governs Your use of: (i) the Snap Camera software and any other software and tools marked in an accompanying file as being subject to this Agreement (collectively, the “ Snap Camera Software”) and (ii) certain documentation relating to the Snap Camera Software, including video tutorials and other information made available to users on the Snap website, apps, or by any other means (collectively, the “ Documentation”), for the Term of this Agreement as set out in Section 11 below or as otherwise specified by Snap in writing. If you live outside the United States when you use Snap Camera, or if you are using Snap Camera on behalf of a business with its principal place of business outside the United States, Snap Group Limited’s Snap Camera License Agreement governs your use. If you live in the United States when you use Snap Camera (defined below) or are using Snap Camera on behalf of a business with its principal place of business located in the United States, Snap Inc.’s Snap Camera License Agreement governs your use.
